Register to vote in time to have your say this May

Cheshire East residents will go to the polls on Thursday 2 May to have their say on who represents them as the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire.

Under the Parliament Act 2022, a General Election must also be held before 28 January 2025.

To vote in these important elections, residents must be on the electoral register. With the deadline to register to vote fast approaching for May’s election, we are urging people who have not yet registered at their current address to make sure they are registered in time.

The Holy Trinity Church, Hurdsfield Road, Macclesfield.

  4. Report of the Chairman
  5. Public Forum – Chairman to answer questions.
    This meeting is an opportunity for all residents of the parish to express their
    opinions or concerns regarding issues relevant to the parish.
    Please note that this is not a Parish Council Meeting, but it is Chaired by the
    Chairman of the Parish Council in accordance with legal requirements.
    Councillors attend this meeting as members of the public.
    The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council and its usual monthly meeting will
    follow.
