Planning

The Parish Council is advised of all applications made within the Higher Hurdsfield Area. Neighbouring properties are also contacted directly by the Planning Department. Anyone can send comments via the Online Planning Register.

Our Planning Committee comprising of three councillors, review the plans and documents, which are then discussed at the next meeting. The Committee’s recommendations of support or objection, are then sent to Cheshire East Planning Department for them to consider when approving or rejecting an application.

The applicants are welcome to discuss their plans at our meeting which can be arranged by contacting the clerk.

Any decisions made by the Planning Committee are recorded and can be viewed in the minutes of the meeting.
