Upcoming Parish Council Meetings

The Parish Council usually meets on the last Thursday of the month, meeting around eight times each year. Unless otherwise stated, all meetings take place at Holy Trinity Church, Hurdsfield Road, Macclesfield, which provides a welcoming and accessible venue for councillors, residents, and visitors.

Members of the press and the public are warmly invited to attend. Your presence and participation help support open and transparent local governance.

Meeting agendas are published on this website at least three clear days before each meeting, allowing parishioners time to review the items scheduled for discussion.  They are also posted on the 4 noticeboards within the Parish.

In addition to ordinary meetings, the Council holds an Annual Meeting of the Parish Council once a year. A separate Annual Parish Meeting is also held annually, during which local groups and village organisations are invited to present their reports and share updates with the community.
